    Please note: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  No Shows and no calls will be charged the entire reservation stay.

    The bathhouse will be closed for the season and/or until further notice and all units must be self-contained with their own bathroom in their RV.  Currently we are not taking TENT reservations. 

    Please allow 24 hours for us to reply upon submission of your reservation request.  Online booking is available for those interested in booking immediately.

    If you need to make any changes to your reservation and/or need to cancel your reservation , our cancellation policy is:

    • Notification 7 days prior to reservation arrival date a refund will be issued, less a processing fee of $20-Notification less then 7 days prior to reservation arrival date will result in a forfeit of deposit.  Cancellation within 24 hours of reservation will result in full forfeit of reservation cost.
